1. Introduction

ZelenComm Digital Marketing (“ZelenComm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Argos Intelligence Platform (“Argos” or “the Platform”) at ArgosIntel.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information about our business clients and users (“you”) when you use the Platform and our services.

By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. This Privacy Policy is publicly accessible without login at ArgosIntel.ai/privacy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you register for an account, complete the Argos client intake form, or communicate with us, we collect:

  • Business name, physical address, phone number, and website URL
  • Contact name and email address
  • Business category, service descriptions, and service area information
  • Google Business Profile details and operational data you provide
  • Payment information, which is processed by our third-party payment processor; ZelenComm does not store full payment card numbers
  • Any other information you voluntarily provide through the intake or onboarding process

2.2 Google Search Console Data (OAuth Integration)

When you choose to connect your Google Search Console account to Argos using Google’s OAuth 2.0 authorization framework, we access read-only search performance data associated with your verified GSC property. Specifically, we collect:

  • Search queries generating impressions and clicks on your website
  • Impression counts per search query
  • Click counts per search query
  • Average search position per query
  • Click-through rates for your website in Google Search

How this data is used: Google Search Console data is used solely and exclusively to generate your Argos AI Visibility Audit reports. It is not used for any other purpose.

How this data is protected: GSC access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Tokens are stored in a secure private database, associated only with your client profile, and are accessible solely to the Argos automated report generation system. No ZelenComm employee or contractor accesses your raw GSC data directly.

What we do not do: We do not share, sell, transfer, or disclose your Google Search Console data to any third party for any purpose. We do not use your GSC data for advertising, user profiling, or any purpose other than generating your reports.

Your credentials: Your Google username and password are never transmitted to or stored by ZelenComm at any time. Google’s own secure OAuth 2.0 authentication system handles all login and authorization directly.

Revoking access: You may revoke Argos access to your Google Search Console data at any time through your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com. Revoking access does not affect your Argos account or your existing report history. Upon revocation, Argos will detect the revoked token, remove it from our systems, and continue providing reports using market-level data only.

2.3 Automatically Collected Technical Data

When you access the Platform, we may automatically collect the following technical information to maintain security and improve service reliability:

  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Browser type and version
  • Device type and operating system
  • Pages visited and features used within the Platform
  • Date and time of access
  • Referring URL

This technical data is not sold, not used for advertising, and is not shared with third parties except as required to maintain platform security or comply with legal obligations.

2.4 Data from Third-Party Intelligence Sources

To generate your Argos audit reports, we query third-party data providers (including DataForSEO) to retrieve publicly available market intelligence such as keyword search volumes, SERP data, and backlink metrics associated with your website domain. This data is publicly available aggregate market data, not personal data, and is used exclusively to generate your reports.

3. How We Use Your Information

ZelenComm uses the information we collect only for the following purposes:

  • To generate Argos AI Visibility Audit reports and related deliverables for your business
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Platform and its features
  • To process payments and manage your account
  • To communicate with you about your account, report status, and Platform updates
  • To respond to your support inquiries and service requests
  • To enforce our Terms of Use and protect the security and integrity of the Platform
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use your data for behavioral advertising, third-party profiling, or sale to data brokers. We do not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to generating your Argos reports.

4. How We Share Your Information

ZelenComm does not sell your personal data or Google user data. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party service providers to assist in operating the Platform, including cloud hosting infrastructure, payment processing, and transactional email delivery. These providers receive only the minimum data necessary to perform their specific services and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations. They are not permitted to use your data for any other purpose.

4.2 AI Model Providers

Argos uses AI language model APIs to analyze your business data and generate report content. Current providers include Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT-4), Google (Gemini), and Perplexity. Your business intake data is submitted to these APIs solely to produce your report. We do not permit AI model providers to use your data for training their models beyond the terms of our service agreements with them. Google Search Console data is never submitted to AI model providers.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of ZelenComm, our users, or the public.

4.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of ZelenComm’s assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide advance notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4.5 What We Never Do

We never sell, rent, or lease your personal data or Google user data to third parties. We never share your Google Search Console data with any third party for any reason. We never use Google user data for advertising or marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account information and business data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Report data is retained to maintain your audit history and support ongoing service continuity.

If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days of the verified request, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Google Search Console OAuth tokens are retained only while your GSC connection is active. Upon revocation of access through your Google Account, or upon deletion of your Argos account, GSC tokens are deleted from our systems promptly. Deletion of your account does not affect data already incorporated into completed audit reports.

6. Data Security

ZelenComm implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including:

  • AES-256 encryption for all OAuth tokens stored at rest
  • TLS (HTTPS) encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our Platform
  • Role-based access controls limiting data access to authorized systems and automated processes
  • Secure private database infrastructure with restricted access
  • No human access to raw Google Search Console data
  • Regular security review of our infrastructure

No system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at privacy@argosIntel.ai.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by ZelenComm:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Portability: Request a portable copy of your data in a common format
  • Objection: Object to certain processing activities
  • Withdrawal of Consent: Where processing is based on consent, withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@argosIntel.ai. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.

To revoke Google Search Console access specifically, visit your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com. This action takes immediate effect at the Google level.

8. Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure

Argos Intelligence Platform’s access to and use of information received from Google APIs, including the Google Search Console API, adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, ZelenComm confirms the following with respect to all Google user data received through Google API Services:

  • Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features of the Argos platform that are visible and useful to the user who granted access
  • Google user data is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide the service, as required by law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition as described in Section 4.4
  • Google user data is not used for advertising or to serve ads, including retargeting
  • Google user data is not used for creditworthiness determination or lending purposes
  • Google user data is not sold to third parties
  • Google user data is not used to train AI or machine learning models
  • Human access to Google user data is prohibited except where (a) necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, (b) required to comply with applicable law, or (c) the user has given explicit opt-in consent

Argos’s use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. For more information, visit: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy

9. Cookies and Tracking

The Platform may use session cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login session and improve your user experience. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking technologies. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, though this may affect Platform functionality.

10. Children’s Privacy

Argos is a business-to-business platform not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us at privacy@argosIntel.ai and we will promptly delete it.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email and by posting a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The updated policy will reflect the new effective date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. If you do not agree to the updated policy, please discontinue use of the Platform and contact us to request account deletion.

More About Terry Zelen:

Not only does Terry enjoy involvement within his community, but also has offered his talents to pro-bono causes over the years including marketing efforts with the Tampa Bay Builders Association, Economic Club of Tampa, University of Tampa’s Entrepreneurship Center, Sustany Foundation and numerous other non-profit organizations. He’s a strong advocate for giving back to the community where he lives and works.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, diving, spear-fishing, hiking, sporting clay shooting, boating, kayaking and listening to music and he has three dogs. He also enjoys working with his hands and spends time designing and building furniture and projects at his home. He and his family are foodies and travel on their stomachs whenever they venture out on vacations. Terry additionally enjoys wines and spent his early years out of college as a waiter at Bern’s Steakhouse. He did this while starting out in the advertising business.

Terry attended the University of Tampa and obtained majors in both Marine Science, Biology and minors in Chemistry and Art. So, naturally he pursued an occupation in Marketing… He and his family live in South Tampa and enjoy the Florida lifestyle year-round.
